By using sud-buds.com or purchasing from SudBuds, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Novelty product & no affiliation

SudBuds products are novelty artisan soaps. SudBuds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, any team, or any athlete. Any resemblance is presented as commentary and novelty; product names and likenesses are not claims of endorsement.

Products & pricing

Each bar is hand-poured in small batches, so color, scent strength, and finish may vary slightly from photos and 3D renders. Prices are in USD and may change at any time. We may limit or cancel quantities at our discretion, and we may refuse or cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent.

Ordering & payment

Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify. Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we ship it. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Safe use

Our soap is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Review the listed ingredients before use if you have allergies or sensitive skin. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Intellectual property

The SudBuds name, logo, site design, and product photography are our property and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SudBuds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
