SudBuds (“we”, “us”) operates sud-buds.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Email address — if you join our mailing list, we store your email with our commerce provider, Shopify, so we can send you updates about new drops and restocks.
Order information — when you buy from us, checkout is handled entirely by Shopify. Your name, shipping address, email, and payment details are collected and processed by Shopify under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full payment card details.
Device storage— we use your browser’s local storage for small functional preferences (for example, remembering that you closed our newsletter popup).
Advertising & analytics cookies — we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and the TikTok pixel. These set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the actions you take on our site (pages viewed, items added to bag, checkouts started, newsletter signups). We use this to measure our ads and to show you relevant ads on those platforms. This information is shared with Meta and TikTok, who process it under their own privacy policies.
Your ad-tracking choices
You can opt out at any time: adjust your ad settings on Meta and TikTok, use your browser’s cookie controls or a tracker-blocking extension, or enable “Do Not Track”/Global Privacy Control in your browser. Blocking these does not affect your ability to browse or order.
How we use it
To fulfill and ship your orders, respond to support requests, and — only if you subscribed — send occasional marketing email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who make the store work: Shopify (commerce, checkout, email), Vercel (website hosting), and shipping carriers to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at deepankar.meruva.work@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor verified requests accordingly.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
