Returns & Refunds

Our policy

Because soap is a personal-care product, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email deepankar.meruva.work@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship it back.
